Identifying HR Practice Vulnerabilities

We developed best practice benchmarks for the organization’s strategy, processes, structure, policies, people, governance, and culture activities and quantitatively evaluated critical capability gaps in the organization’s which would sub-optimize the bank’s organizational effectiveness if not addressed before the technology rollout. Based on the data analysis, we developed risk profiles for the various activity areas. The risk profiles indicated the priorities in terms of resolving the various organization gaps.

 

The Business Impact

To support the organization’s organizational effectiveness initiatives, based on identified gaps and risk profiles, we advised the bank to build an HR infrastructure aligned with its business strategy and integrated with bank-wide organization processes.
